Admission process of BA and BCom.courses will begin after the declaration of the intermediate results are declared. Admission will be online following the UP governments reservation policy and strictly according to merit list.Merit will be decided on the basis of intermediate results. Reservation will be provided to the wards of the employees of Locomotives Works Varanasi

Admission in Post Graduate courses will begin after the result of Under Graduation is declared. It will be in accordance with the UP Governments reservation policy and strictly according to the merit list. Admission will not be granted if the candidate has an academic gap of more than two years.

As the college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth,Varanasi all the relevant university guidelines of MGKVP will be adhered to.

The decision of the Amission Committee of the college and the Principal will be final
